In my experience as a yoga therapist I have seen clients who are depressed, anxious, in pain or chronically ill, start to have interest in life again, smiling and begin to discover who they were before these conditions began.

The positive effects inspire them to maintain their practice

Each session is specifically adapted to whatever is needed at the time. They may include, but are not limited to, breathing techniques, meditation, spiritual counselling and mindfulness practises.
