I've been deeply engaged in my own yoga practice for over three decades with formative training both in India, where I became a certified yoga teacher, and in Australia, where I pursued advanced training in yoga therapy.
In every session, I tailor the practice to suit the unique needs of each participant, ensuring everyone experiences the fullest benefits.
My approach integrates all aspects of yoga aimed at bringing about a sense of well-being in body, mind and spirit.
